Elena Taguer (contractor for TBM)

Ph.D in Computer Science

Graduated from Lomonosov Moscow State University, Department of Computational Mathematics and Cybernetics, and received her Ph.D. degree from the Academy of Sciences of the USSR, where she specialized in signal processing and numerical simulation in radio physics.

Elena has experience in industrial software development, including data and voice networking projects at Nortel Networks in Ottawa, and electronic payment system at Oasis Technology Ltd, Toronto.

For the last 15 years Elena has been working in the field of intellectual property, including drafting and international prosecution of patent applications.
