Is a trademark agent registered to practice in Canada and the United States. Helen is a graduate of the University of Ottawa Law School and was called to the Bar of Ontario. Helen has been in practice for over twenty-five years. She specializes in the acquisition, protection, licensing and enforcement of trademark rights worldwide. Helen joined Teitelbaum & MacLean in 2013. Helen is a trained mediator and arbitrator. Helen taught intellectual property law and legal research at Algonquin College. Helen is a Fellow of the Intellectual Property Institute of Canada (IPIC), sat on many of its committees and chaired the ADR Committee and the Trademark Examination Board for many years.
